MAJOR VAPING SUPPLIER ARRIVES ON NEWMARKET HIGH STREET
Vape and Juice, a leading supplier of alternative smoking devices and ingredients, is opening shop on Newmarket High Street, in the former Swinton Insurance premises, next door to Peacocks.
The founder of the firm, David Mason, said: “We have 25 stores in the South East of the England and even one in Ibiza. We have identified Newmarket as a location as it's a short drive from our busiest store in Colchester, Essex, and currently is not being served by any other operators. Also, it is a town that prides itself on its historic high street, with a wide range of independent brands. We anticipate the store creating a number of full-time and part time roles.”
Jonathan Lager for the agents Robinson Layer said: “This is a prominent shop on the High Street and has been let on a phased rent averaging £19,000 per annum for the first five years of the 15 year lease. This letting emphasises the attractiveness of Newmarket to smaller retail firms.”
