FINAL WASH FOR LAUNDRETTE IN ST IVES
Lloyds Pharmacy has doubled its retail space in St Ives to 1,300 sq ft by taking over an adjacent shop previously occupied by for 28 years by a laundrette, in Ramsey Road, King Hedge’s.
Jonathan Lager of the letting agents, Robinson Lager, said: “This is a thriving neighbourhood shopping precinct and this additional shop will allow Lloyds Pharmacy to significantly expand its business in the area.
“To keep everything tidy, legally, we negotiated a new lease for Lloyds on both shops.”
