DOUBLE SUCCESS ON COTTENHAM DEVELOPMENT FOR ROBINSON LAYER
The second of two 1,160 sq ft units has been let on the Cottenham Brookfield Business Centre, six miles north of Cambridge, by Robinson Layer
The latest tenant is Cambridgeshire Construction, joining Cambridge Windows who recently took the adjoining unit.
Built in the 1980s each unit has a roller shutter door to the front and eaves height of four metres. Mark Robinson who handled the property said: “Brookfield Business Centre is located in a well-served village within five miles of the A14 at the Histon interchange and within easy reach of the A10 going north. The rent on each unit is £8,000 per annum exclusive.”
