A flurry of tenants has snapped up office suites in Surrey House which is in the middle of Newmarket High Street, above the M&Co retail clothes shop.  Around 300 sq ft each, the offices have been let at rents averaging £10.50.  One suite of 330 sq ft remains to be let.
