MAJOR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE LET IN SAWSTON
London City Bond Ltd (LCB) is the UK’s leading Drinks Logistics and Tax Warehousing company, and has expanded further as the new tenant of the 49,200 sq ft former Libra building on Sawston’s Dales Manor Business Park.
LCB operates 1.5 million sq ft of warehouses across the UK, with staff of 400, and 300 dedicated delivery vehicles.
The directors are longstanding contacts of agents Robinson Layer. Jonathan Lager said: “ LCB has taken a ten year lease of the site which consists of a substantial steel framed building with facilities for multiple vehicle loading/unloading, and extensive hardstanding. In addition, there is more than 30,000 sq ft of additional land suitable for extending the facilities and building.
“Sawston is less than five miles from Junction 11 of the M11 via the A505 which also leads to the A1(M) at Baldock, 24 miles to the east, making the location ideal for LCB’s distribution services in this region and nationally.”
