A leading ink jet firm has taken space in Murdoch House, Garlic Road, off Newmarket Road marketed by Robinson Layer on behalf of the Munro Group.
Alchemie Technology, which provides technical, commercial and business support for the inkjet industry, has taken 2,540 sq ft at ground floor level at a rent of £40,000 per annum.
The first floor space of 2,648 sq ft is under offer to another technology company at a rent of £42,500 per annum.
