FINE AND COUNTRY EXPANDS INTO SIGNET COURT
National estate agency Fine and Country is relocating from Duke’s Court on Maid’s Causeway to Signet Court, Newmarket Road, taking an office unit of 2,840 sq ft.
Sharon Lindley of Fine and Country said: “We are moving into larger premises with the rest of our business group. The move, bringing the whole team under one roof, allows for better and more effective communication. There was minimal agency-related footfall at Duke’s Court where we were based for five years. Our expertise is very much focussed on our award-winning marketing combined with the personal service we provide.
“We chose Signet Court because part of our business group already operates successfully from there – it is an attractive development and is well located for ease of access.”
Mark Robinson at the letting agents Robinson Layer, said: “Signet Court has been chosen by a wide range of successful businesses because of its location. An earlier letting this year was to Oslers Solicitors, a firm of criminal defence solicitors with offices in Cambridge and Stowmarket.
“This courtyard style development of some 25 self-contained buildings is built around two central landscaped areas, and is well positioned for the city centre as well as the A14. It maintains a high level of occupancy, with companies, like Fine and Country, often trading up to larger space when the opportunity arises.”
