Just over 2,500 sq ft of additional space has been taken by Alchemie Technology at Murdoch House, Garlic Row, off Newmarket Road.
The firm aims to deliver the next generation of digital manufacturing technologies to a range of industrial sectors.
Mark Robinson of the agents Robinson Layer said: “Murdoch House is a two storey office building that is occupied by Munro Building Services Ltd in Unit 1 and Alchemie Technology Ltd in Unit 2.
“Alchemie Technology first occupied the ground floor of 2,645 sq ft last year and have now taken the first floor of 2,540 sq ft at £40,000 per annum. The lease is on a short term basis, for three years with a mutual break clause, to reflect the proposed residential redevelopment of the site.”
