A NEWMARKET COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT SOLD TO EQUINE GROUP
The racing and bloodstock management group, Global Equine Group, has purchased the office block at 5 King’s Court, Newmarket, to the north of the town centre and close to the a14 junction at Exning.
Mark Robinson of Robinson Layer handled the sale and said: “The three storey building totals 1,400 sq ft and is let to two tenants on six year leases with three year review/break at an aggregate rent of £19,000 per annum exclusive. Global Equine Group is one of the tenants. The freehold investment was offered at the asking price of £250,000 subject to the tenancies.”
Global Equine Group is the brain-child of Adam Driver, an experienced equine veterinarian. His racing and bloodstock management work has taken him around the world and, among others, he has performed work for Godolphin Management, Dubai Equine Hospital and Shadwell Management. He has brought together some of the most experienced individuals in the industry to create his team.
