ARCHITECTS TAKE UPDATED OFFICE SUITE OFF NEWMARKET ROAD

Award winning local architects, Haysom Ward Miller, have taken just over 1,000 sq ft of refurbished offices at Munro Court, Mercers Row, off Newmarket Road.  The firm is moving as a result of hotel development plans for their previous offices in Downing Place in central Cambridge.

 Mark Robinson of the agents Robinson Layer said: “The offices have been completely stripped out and re-fitted, with new suspended ceiling, LED lighting, tea point and floor coverings.  They have continuous glazing along two walls, so have excellent natural light, plus comfort cool/heating and 4 four car spaces. The lease was completed in under four weeks from solicitors being instructed.”

 The property is a purpose-built modern office building subdivided into two suites on each of two floors, where a ground floor lobby and stairs give access to the first floor.  Suite 4 is the larger half of the first floor and provides open plan rectangular office space, but capable of subdivision to cellular offices as required.   They have been let on a 6-year lease at a rent of £18,500 per annum.
