Technology has radically changed how people find property and we are completely up-to-date with this. We use the market leading Agency Pilot commercial property contact management system, which instantly feeds constantly changing property data through to our website and to the main commercial portals, EGPropertylink and Zoopla Commercial.

Our website is fully responsive too, so information is presented differently – and more clearly – whether you are looking on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone!

What hasn’t changed is the need to provide applicants with the right information about a property, utilise press advertising as appropriate, maintain a mailing list to undertake targeted mailshots, issue press releases and we are firm believers in the "For Sale" or "To Rent" board.

What makes us different is that, however big or small an issue, you will be dealing with the same highly experienced partner, who has strong negotiating skills as well as the expertise and experience to propose meaningful solutions as issues arise and who will be actively involved from start to finish.

Finding your tenant or buyer is only part of the task in our eyes. We negotiate detailed Heads of Terms before starting the legal process and then progress chase through to completion, rather than simply letting the lawyers get on with it.
